Dear Student,

For any given quadrilateral ABCD,
First consider side AB and convert this side into AB’ which is 4/5th of AB.
Now Join BD and from B’ draw parallel to BD to intersect AD at D’.
Now from B’ and D’ draw lines perpendicular to BC and CD repectively to intersect at C’.

You will be get the desired Quadrilateral.
