Remainder will be 2

On dividing 

x2-3x+2  by 

x^100

u will get the quotient =  x^-98 - 3x^-99

and thus remainder 2.

thats weird!!

you are actually dividing a lower degree poylnomial with a higher degree??

dont you think its supposed to be the other way round!!!
