$(x-a)^2+(x-b)^2=c^2\\ x,y=0,0 \\a^2+b^2=c^2\\ x,y=1,0 \\(1-a)^2+b^2=c^2 \\=>a=1/2$

Since the circle will touch internally
$(3-c)^2=(1/2)^2+b^2 \\=>3-c=|c| \\=>c=3/2 \\=>b^2=2$
