eqn of line through intersection of 2 circles :  s1-s2=0  ; where s1,s2 are eqns of the 2 circles.

we get line as 6x+14y+c+d=0. this line is a diameter of the circle whose circumference is bisected.

Therefore centre of that circle lies on that line   =>  (1,-4) lies on that line.

=> c+d=50 //
