sorry by mistaken... ans is transitive. but plz further xplain it.

for every x € A there is (x,x) does not belong to R (as 1,1 is not there) 

so not reflexive.

for every x,y € R there is y,x € R. 

so not symmetric as 1,2  € R but 2,1 does not € R

for every x,y € R and y,z € R there is x,z € R which is true

THerefore it is transitive as 1,2 € R 2,2 €R therefore 1,2 € R
