hi,

for the number to be a prime the units place digit should strictly be 1 or 3 or 7or 9.

units place digit cannot be 1 acc. to the given condition.

for units place no. to be 3 the no. should be 213or 123.which are not primes .

same is the case with 9.

thus the possible arrangements are with 7 in the units place. the no. are 257,527,167,617, 347 and 437.
