let radius of circle = r

speeds of A,B,C be a,b,c

then time=dist/vel relative

Tac=2*pi*r/[a+c]...1

Tbc=2*pi*r/[c+b]...2

Tab=2*pi*r/[a-b]  {Becoz A and B travel in same dir}

Using 1 and 2

a-b=2*pi*r/440

hence A and B meet in 440sec
