polygon has 10 vertices

A quad has 4 vertices 

=> number of quads possible = 10C4

for 2 sides to be common,

number of non adjacent sides can be picked = 2*(7+6+5+4+3) = 50

number of quads possible with adjacent sides = 9*7 = 63

toal = 50+63 =113
