Folow the below steps
Step1.: Multiply the 1straw by ½
Step2.: Add -2 times the 1straw to the 2ndraw
Step3.:Add -1 times the 1straw to the 3nd raw
Step4.: Multiply 2ndraw by 1/6
Step5.:Add ½ times the 2ndraw to the 3ed raw
Step6.:Multiply the 3ed Raw by 3/11
Step7. Add -1/3 times the 3ed raw to the 2ndraw
Step8.:Add ½ times the 3ed raw to the 1st raw
Step9.:Add 3/2 times the 2ndraw to the 1straw.

Finally you will get it as:
1 0 0 2
0 1 0 1
0 0 1 1
