Hi  CHOWDAIAH
   I  Think the question is on symbols which are in the system  (personal computer or  laptop  )
           by logically the value of the symbols are
        !=1
        @=2
        %=5
       *=8
       #=3
       ^=6
       &=7
        $=4
then by observing above
     i can say that      @+%+&=2+5+7=14
       therefore the value is 14
