I have found an easy way to find the interval.
 
for the interval [0,1] the function e^x^2 always lies between e^x and  xe^x^2. 
so integrating the functions in the common interval 0 to 1
we obtain that it lies in the open interval  ((e-1)/2,(e-1).
 
i hope that this solution is logically correct and the reader can understand it carefully.
