as I1 can also be written as (3-x) fx
 
hence 2 I1 = f(x)
 
hence 2 I1 = I2
 
hence I1 /I2 = 1/2

I have made a mistake

hence 2 I1 = 3 f(x)
 
hence 2 I1 = 3 I2
 
hence I1 /I2 = 3/2
