soln:
xcosydy=(xe^xlogx+e^x) dx

x cosy dy = (x ex logx + ex ) dx

cosy dy = ex (logx + 1/x) dx

integrate both sides

siny = ex logx + c (const.)

instead of using ILATE rule , we can just use –  ∫e^x( f(x) + f’(x) ) = e^xf(x) + c   in the third step which would directly give us the answer.
