take \tan^{-1}(x)=t
therefore 1/(1+x2)dx=dt
dx=(1+x2)dt
now x=tant
1+x2=sec2t
=∫etsec2t dt
now can be done by parts
if even want that please reply me I will answer soon
thankyou

Its easy,Put tan-1x = t so,

1/1+x2=dt/dx
so,dx = (1+x2)dt = sec2t dt as x = tant
you will get,
Integral of et.sec2t whih you can solve by parts
