please some one can derrive this theorem for alpha equal to beta

Dear Student, Since, the angle substended by an arc of a circle at the center is double the angle substended by the arc in alternate segment. Therefore the angle alpha = 2*angle substend at the center. Similarly beta = 2*angle substend at the center.Hence, alpha = beta. Thanks
