the question is quite easy actually.
we are given that ∫f(x)dx=1
integrate by parts, taking u=f(x) and v=1
so, we get 1=1-∫xf’(x)dx
or ∫xf’(x)dx=0
now integrating the above integral by parts and taking u=f’(x) and v=x, we get
2016^2/2016=∫x^2f”(x)dx
or ∫x^2f”(x)dx= 2016
