for obtain the integraion first, by using partial fractions split the integrant into
∫( 1/ cos2 x + 1/sin2 x) dx = ∫1/ cos2 x ∂x +∫1/sin2 x ∂x
= ∫sec2 x ∂x +∫ cosec2 x ∂x
= tan x -cot x +c
