Use f(@) = f (a+b- @)
Now
I = ln (1 + tan @)        ......(i)
I = ln ( 1 + tan (pi/4 -@) = ln (1 + 1 - tan @/1 + tan@)
I = ln (2 /(1 + tan@))
I = ln 2 - ln (1 + tan@)        ....(ii)
Add (i) and (ii)
2 I = ln 2
2I = ln2 (pi/4 -0)
I = pi/8 ln(2)
