is the answer correct???? just break the interval ie, integrate from 0 to 1, then 1 to 2.... till 5.... when you integrate from 0 to 1, [x] will be zero, agreed? similarly from 1 to 2, [x]=1 and so on.... coming to fractional part {x} will be x-1 when you integrate from 1 to 2.. take an example to verify... then when you integrate from 2 to 3, {x} will be x-2..... did u understnd the solution.... plz reply....
