LiHCO3 is found in solution form while rest of the alkali metals hydrogen carbonates are solid dur to the following exceptions in LiHCO3
1.due to anamolous properties of lithium and the diagonal relationship with Mg
2.due to its exceptional small size
3.due to its high polarizing power(charge/radius ratio)
4.due to its very high hydration enthalpy
