THE bond length of organic compound depend upon various other factors like hybridisation , the percentage of s and p charecter , the avaliability of sigma and pi bond etc . 
so, in the case of ethane , the percentage of s charecter will be more and the p charecter are less . 
where as ethene consists of two sp2 hybridised carbon atom with sigma bond . 
and the shape of ethene are completely in controll by the arrengement of s and p orbital . 
and this case its sp2 . 
and due to the greater amount of s charecter in ethane , it have c-h bond length greater , 
the amount of s charecter varies in the fashion – sp>sp2>sp3
