why is bond energy of CO more than N2 , also why C has negative charge in CO ??

As CO is ionic and N2 is conversant so bond energy of CO is higher. And in CO C has negative charge due to octate rule both atom C,O complete their octate.Hope it clears. If u have doubts then please clearify. And if u like my answer then please approve answer
