Why hydrogen isomer protum have no nucules? and describe about hydrogen atom?

hydrogen has got no nucleus due to the fact that its mass no=atomic no
 
therefore the no. of elctrons and protons satisfy the given condition and there is no such requirement of a neutron.
also, since it is electrically neutal, it is clear that no. of protons=no. of electrons.
which eliminates the need of neutron as mass no. of protium=1
