Why Gallium has smaller size than aluminimum? Explain please ?????????????????????????

the size of gallium is smaller (approx 139pm) and that of aluminium is more (approx 145pm) because 3d orbitals start from gallium which has a poor shielding effect due to which the pull of the nucleus becomes more strong and hence the size of gallium decreases........................
