Group 15 shows an exception in the case of electron gain enthalpy .The electron gain enthalpy increase down the group 15 due to the half filled outer electronic configuration.

yes due to the half filled outer shells it has an exceptional electron gain enthalpy.the electron gain enthalpy decreases the group oppoosite to the trend
