why B2 , N2 mixing of “s” & “p” orbitals whereas, O2 does not ? how to determine such mixing? & which mixing O2 have?

The valid reason is:
In O2 due to bigger size,  the energy difference in s and p orbitals is very large so intermixing between the molecular orbitals seems impossible.
But in Boron case it is vice versa. 
That is the energy difference is less and therfore it enhances the mixing of orbitals.
