Alminium will not form MO type oxide with oxygen because for this oxide oxidation state of the metal has to be +2 .where as Alminium exists in stable oxidation state of +3.so the correct option should be Alminium.

Search on Google about Aluminium monoxide.. .its exists Please rethink on your answer.Thats the question from a paper I think all the four compounds can form MO type oxide CuO exists ZnO too but AgO dont exist So i think Ag should be the answer
