the answer is option d Cs
because,the stability of the metal superoxide depends on the size and the electropositivity of the metal.
and also larger the metal and more the electropositive it is,and greater the stability of the superoxide.
so down the group stabilty will decreases and the question asked is about least stable so Cs is the answer having less size and less stable
