14g of N has 6.023 x 10^23 atoms
 1g of N has 6.023 x 10^23 / 14 atoms
compared to 6.023 x 10^23 /40 ( that is for calcium )
1 g of nitrogen has more atoms

No of atoms in 1 gm of B =( 1/10.8 )* ( 6.023* 10^23) = 0.58 * 10^23
 
Also you can check as smaller the atomic mass , larger will be the number of atoms
