Sodium(Na) have a bigger radii as it has the least effective nuclear charge, and according to the trend of periodic table atomic radii decreases from going left to right along a period.

All have 3 shells but number of electrons are lowest in Na element so Na has largest atomic radius because increasing of electron (only when shells remain same) increases nucleus attraction.OR in periodic table atomic radius decreses on going left to right thus given elements are in 3 period and Na is the first element on going left to right in period.Na>Al>Si>Cl

All the elements are period three elements is in the same energy cell.Na being the first element in the period, it has least nuclear charge and therefore least nuclear pull on the valence electron and thus will have biggest atomic radius

The and answer  is  Na > Al > Si > Cl  because  atomic  radius  decreases from left  to  right  in  a  period
