Which material has dual nature i.e. the material is highly resistivity and it also show lowest resistivity?

Generally the superconductors, semicinductors and the electrolytes may have this dual nature.
As all are dependent on the variable that is temperature mostly.
As temperature increases the conduction and valecny band phenomena starts happening and hence the resistivity and the cinductivity varies acccordingly.
Superconductors have resisitivity zero which may be a further contradiction in oroving it a condductor too.
