I couldn’t find the reaction anywhere, one site says that the product formed will be
CH3N=PCl2 while another site where PCl5 is reacted with NH4Cl (not NH2CH3 ) gives (Cl3PNPCl3)+ (PCl6)- But NH4Cl has 4 replacable H while CH3NH2 only has 2 replacale H atoms 
so according to me the answer should be CH3N=PCl2.
