What will be the Zeff for vanadium's 4s electron according to slater's rule?

Hi, Manav U would need here the tale comaprison that is given in SLater rule table on which then after U would be able to calculate the total Zeffective for any subshell or orbitals given.
And hence the slater rule / formulae is given as:
 
Zeffective = summation (ni*Si*)
for i = 1,2,3,,,,n
where ni is the no. of specif ic subshell 
and
Si is the slater rule value table.
