O3 + I2 = I2O3
Reactiom between Ozone O3 and dry Iodine I2 gives Iodiate Iodide I2O3 
You can balance this reaction

ozone will react with I2  TO FORM I2O3.
OZONE WILL OXIDISE THE I2 TO HIGHER OXIDATION STATE
AND ACT AS AN OXIDISER
