The larger the lattice enthalpy factor, the tougher thermal decomposition becomes. As atomic size decreases across a period, the order of stability is AlF3 > MgF2> NaF.

the larger will be size of atoms the larger will be the energy to be given to decompose it and more will be its stability so order is
