n factor will be calculated by the following formula 
that is = molecular mass / equivalent weight , but for that we need the equivalent weight of the compound . 
so, here is anathor process for it 
Na2CO3.NaHCO3 = 3Na^+ + CO3^2- +HCO3-
here all the ions are dissociate , 
 we assume all ions dissociate completly then, 
n factor = 2+1 = 3
