dear mridul
the main aim of organic chemistry is to explain , about the properties and trends in periodic table .
and in case any element show anomalous behaviour then it explains the reason based on that .
and also it explains about physical properties also like melting and boiling point /.
and from jee main perspective ,you need to revise the besic reaction
1- reactions of k2mno4 .
2- all reactions of borax and diborane .
3- reactions related to noble gas .
ALL THE BEST
