What is the logic different for determining the bond angle between Cl2o and H2O and the same between F2O and H2O?What is the application of bent rule in this case?

Cl has more lone pair so two cl atoms line pair repule each other. As also in Fe. has. less lone pair compair to cl atom so it`s bond angle is less than cl2o atom.
