What is the condition of producing nh3 from nitrogen and hydrogen

ammonia can be produced from nitrogen and hydrogen by the help of thermal decomposition , 
u can check out the following reactions . 
NH3 = N2+H2 
its actually a irreversible reactions . 
2- the 2nd process is the habers process through which in industry we can manufacture ammonia , 
catalyst used – iron ( molybdenium ) 
temp required – 400-450 degree celsius , 
pressure required = 200 atm 
a mixture will be taken in a ratio 3:1 and then its compressed and passed over the catalyst chamber , then we can form ammonia from that
