Electronic configueration of Ti is : 1s^2 2s^2 2p^6 3s^2 3p^6 4s^2 3d^2
For 1s 2s 3s and 4s value of m is ruled out.
For p orbital
m= -1,0,+1
for 2p orbital
m = +1, 0 , -1  for 2,2,2 electron
same with the 3p orbital
for 3d orbital the value of m can not be predicted accurately.
