What is Oxidation state of Fe in brown ring complex [Fe(H2O)5(NO)]SO4

NO: 11e- = σ1(2e-) σ2*(2e-) π1(4e-) σ3(2e-) π2*(1e-) σ4*(0e-) NO is a radical.
For oxidation state purposes it is removed from a complex in a closed shell configuration as [NO]+.
I am not aware of any other ligand where this is done.
Because the [Fe(H2O)5NO]2+ complx ion and has an overall two +ve charge the central Fe atom is Fe(I).
