Hydrogen attached with 3°carbon is 3° hydrogen and since 4° carbon is not possible so as not is 4°hydrogen possible

A quaternary carbon is bonded with all four carbon and as maximum 4 valency is possible it will be occupied by all carbon and so no hydrogen will be attached so their is no 4°hydrogen
