L,M,N..... M=2. So, principal quantum number is 2.
L ranges from 0 to N-1 which is 0-1 here.
So there is only one magnetic quantum number which is 1.

 the spin quantum numberms , can take two possible values that correspond to the spin of the electronms={+12,−12}. So, you can say that an electron located in the 3p subshell can be described by the following quantumnumbers. n=3,l=1,ml={−1,0,+1},ms={+12,−12}
