The value of Effective Nuclear Charge comes out to be in decimal form. But this does not satisfy Quantization of Charge as the value of charge is always an integral multiple of e. How can this be possible? Pls clear this doubt.

Sorry sir I don’t have an image of this question as it is a theoritical doubt and not a question in any textbooks.
I’ve watched a few videos on calculating effective nuclear charge using Slater’s rule and they calculated its value in decimals but charge is always a integral multiple of e(smallest charge).
