Ca(HCO3)2 is reponsible for temporary hardness of water, which is the ans,
but always remember that “” the hydrogen carbonates of mostly Mg and Ca are responsible for the temporary hardness””

Temporary hardness of water = Hardness of water due to Ca(HCO3)2 and Mg(HCO3)2
 
Hence option 1 is correct.
