Hi ekanath,
See you might have given the option as incorrect but I will tell you the right order of stability of +1 oxidation state among 3 group elements 
ie Al
this is because of inert pair effect or tendency of ns2 electrons not to participate in the bond formation 
So the tendency decraeses on moving down the group
