reasons:
electronegativity depends on atomic radius of the atom
if the atomic radius is very less the shared pair of electron will get attracted to the nucleus leading to electronegativity
the atomic size decreases along a period and electronegativity increases
also atomic radius increases along a group which leads to decrease in electronegativity

as the atomic radius is
Be>N>O>F
electronegativity would be
F>O>N>Be.
