The bond orders of O22,O2,O2 are respectively x,y and z

 
Bond order of O2 = 2
 
Bond order of O2 = 1.5
 
Bond order of O22 = 1
 
Here, x=1,y=1.5,z=2
 
Therefore, the value of 2(x+y+z)=2(1+1.5+2)=9
