Dear student

in option C, Fe changes from +2 to + 3 oxidation state hence it is an oxidation.
in option D, I changes from -1 to 0 hence it is also an oxidation

Dear student
You can check the element is oxidised or not by following :
Assign oxidation numbers to all atoms in the equation.
Compare oxidation numbers from the reactant side to the product side of the equation. ...
The element oxidized is the one whose oxidation number increased.
The element reduced is the one whose oxidation number decreased.
Rest ans is given by my friend.
Good Luck
Cheers
