According to me answer must be boron as after losing three electron boron acquired stable noble gas configuration .
 B =1s2 2s2 2p1
 B+3 = 1s2 which is stable
And it's very difficult to knock out 2 electron from lithium as it is very much stable so there are very less chances of knocking out third electron .
